Job Description
  • Maintain good housekeeping standards, keeping the office area clean and tidy, challenging any non compliance. Ensure working in a clean and safe manner (Clean as you go policy).
  • Communicating with Hauliers daily to book transport for depot deliveries, and general queries
  • Book drivers in and out on the site traffic system.
  • Provide customer picking sheets, order information, and transport information to the despatch team regarding collection priorities.
  • Responsible for generating clear and accurate delivery notes and load plans.
  • Capture data on excel spread sheets that will be used for the department KPIs and invoice checking.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Experience in a labour intensive, high volume, fast moving environment supplying retailers, probably gained within the Food, Fresh Produce or Horticultural sectors.
  • A good level of administrative experience, Microsoft office, work and excel
  • A high level of attention to detail on data entry
  • Excellent communication skills able to work effectively with the different business areas and key stake holders
  • A logical methodical operator, happy to work independently
  • Ability to work well when under pressure and working to tight deadlines
