Job Description

You will understand and be able to demonstrate how to truly embrace internal & external customer service excellence; and will apply this knowledge effectively and consistently whether individually, or by supporting a team environment. In return, you will be joining a long-established organisation that has continued to expand and evolve. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the administration relating to: receiving vehicles into stock; the sale of vehicles (including taxing); ordering new vehicles; and monitoring the progress of vehicle orders.
  • Developing effective working relationships with the Sales Teams and ensuring that the flow of information is timely, accurate, clear and consultative.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous relevant experience required
  • Previous administration experience preferable
  • Good attention to detail
