Job Description
  • Booking courses for client’s, ensuring all details are entered correctly
  • Supporting the sales team with communication to clients
  • Speak with ‘Trainers’ via telephone and email
  • Check system for errors and update if required
  • Working with various accreditation bodies and completing administration
