Supporting Operations Manager in the supervision of the entirely team, acting as point of contact for the Team Leads group in relation to projects and initiatives
Ensuring the delivery of a world class customer experience
Working closely with Training, Quality, and Reporting Teams to ensure the best possible operational experience for the client
Conducting daily huddles, weekly wrap up meetings, and monthly one on ones with your team
A focused approach to driving innovation and change initiatives within your team
Organizational skills and detailed orientated approach to problem solving
Prioritization of tasks and working to tight deadlines
Being responsible for team morale and driving productivity
Understanding program policies and procedures and ensuring team adherence to these is managed effectively

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proven track record of performance on all current KPIs
Strong interpersonal skills
Coaching background advantageous
Ability to work on own initiative while in a Team environment
Excellent organizational time management abilities
Analytical approach to problem solving
Ability to establish and maintain key relationships across all Teams
