Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to provide comprehensive support the Service Manager, Team leader, Admin Lead and the clinical staff with day to day Initial Assessment administration. Including production of letters, managing appointments diary, access and managing of appointments. The role also involves daily note taking of feedback meetings and updating of records on Paris and accessing Spike data relevant to post.
This is an extremely busy and varied role responsible for all aspects of administration and will involve daily service user contact, such as explaining the process of initial assessment appointments, and discussions with staff, so excellent interpersonal skills are crucial to this post.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Full Secretarial/Administrative service to the Adult Community team, including non-routine administrative support to Service Manager, Team Lead, Admin Lead and Clinical team.
  • Excellent record keeping, note taking in the form of daily feedback meetings/professionals/ Team meetings (shorthand is not required).
  • Daily use of Outlook, Word & Excel. Excellent typing/document editing skills are essential.
  • A high proficiency in using Paris electronic patient records database and ability to educate others.
  • Daily checking of associated Spike data.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi task meeting notes with other administrative duties.
  • Candidates should be able to demonstrate that they can prioritise and manage their own workload whilst maintaining a positive, professional, friendly and calm approach.
  • Excellent IT skills, a good working knowledge of Microsoft office, Paris, Spike are essential.
