Job Description

The role is the first point of contact for patients within the CRM devices services. You will be responsible for booking and managing patients within the CRM follow-up clinics.
This is a varying and challenging role, that requires excellent communication skills and compassion.

  • Managed Clinic bookings for both in-office and remote clincis, and highlight capacity issues to Cardiology Data Coordinator and Lead Physiologist
  • Using a variety of IT systems, Liaise with both Patients and Medical Staff who access the CRM device services to provide the required information
  • Raise queries to Physiologist team in a timely fashion
  • Maintain accurate records within Devices follow-up service
  • Maintain Clinic Bookings
  • Deal with Patient Queries
  • Raise Issues of concern to Physiologist Team
  • Maintain Patient Access plans and provide information on Clinic capacity and demand
