Compiling data levels each morning and reporting these to management
Data matching the data received to find any duplicate files and close off for the team.
Closing any files notified by agents
Keeping logs of the files closed and any tasks duplicated per file
Answering incoming based estate agent calls
Adding client referrals to our conveyancing system
Retrieving group voicemails and emailing them to the team
Calling clients for payments
Calling estate agents after voicemails have been left
Working hours
Normal weekly hours are 9.00am – 5.30pm (Monday to Thursday) 9.00am – 6.00pm Friday and one Saturday per month from 9.00am – 4.00pm, however flexible working hours are encouraged in line with the agent/business peak time and requirements.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will be a self motivated individual works well as part of a team, and able to work on your own initiative.
Highly organised individual who works well under pressure.
Have excellent communication skills with a customer centric telephone manner
Able to create and maintain relationships with customers and clients
