Job Description
This role involves working for a fast growing company where you will provide crucial business support to the whole office. Your duties will include;
- Open and distribute post
- Arrange couriers
- Take minutes at weekly team meeting and distributing them to relevant team members
- Diary management for the Managing Director
- Research & book travel arrangements as and when required
- Place stationery orders
- Typing of documentation and producing reports
- Analysing reports and updating the management team on findings
- Any other ad hoc administrative duties deemed suitable by the team
