You will provide a comprehensive administrative service to the safety team (patient safety, health and safety) and safety leads. This is a fantastic opportunity for an administrator to join the team ensuring a smooth and responsive administrative function to the department.
You will work closely with the safety team to support compliance with all internal and external requirements, provide high quality, responsive assistance with internal and external agencies and other organisations. You will perform a range of specific tasks in relation to the administration and co-ordination of safety tasks and investigations task and functions, ensuring policies and procedures are followed in accordance with the relevant legislation and associated guidance.
You will have significant experience in an administrative role ideally within an NHS environment, can demonstrate initiative and able to work without constant supervision.
