Job Description

Your role will be to support other branches, so ideally the right candidate will have experience working with multiple branches and managing different diaries daily.

  • Support the service team in scheduling service requests
  • Occasionally take out of hour calls on a rota-basis
  • Preparing quotations
  • Handling breakdown calls
  • Ordering materials
  • Resolving issues/ complaints

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous experience diarising/ scheduling Engineers
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Highly organised
  • Computer literate on Microsoft packages
