Job Description
Your role will be to support other branches, so ideally the right candidate will have experience working with multiple branches and managing different diaries daily.
- Support the service team in scheduling service requests
- Occasionally take out of hour calls on a rota-basis
- Preparing quotations
- Handling breakdown calls
- Ordering materials
- Resolving issues/ complaints
