Job Description
- Achieve established regional sales targets within budget and in accordance with the overall business unit strategy
- Completion and submission of on-site farm surveys
- Support with installations process
- After-sales contact and visits
- Assist farmers and customers in understanding customer service structure to ensure our monitoring brand is sponsored with superior customer service
- To deliver training for farmers and end users on all relevant products
- Manager to deliver the sales budget.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proven record of sales and or marketing to farmer client base
- Ability to engage with and be part of a high-performance team
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels both internally and externally of the organization.
- Ability to work under pressure to deadlines and sales targets
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on end user needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts at a time while paying strict attention to detail
