They are looking for someone who has good customer service skills and telephone manner to manage the out of hours help desk. The role will be focused on working Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:30pm and will responsible for providing exceptional customer service and business support in order to contribute to the continued growth and success of the Business.
Dealing with service calls for our regional offices and subcontractors
Expediting all contractor works ensuring they are kept within the SLA agreement
Subcontractor quotes and purchase orders
Subcontractor Invoicing
Scheduling tasks to engineers to attend reactive call outs and planned works
Liaison with clients, other offices and engineers to ensure works are allocated and carried out
Receiving service calls from clients and logging call details accurately on to the CAFM system
Review any outstanding call outs/maintenance and quotes, ensuring a suitable resolution within acceptable time frames
PPM’s & CPPM’s for subcontractors – Scheduling in pre-planned maintenance and ensuring these works are complete.
