Job Description
You will be supporting the team with sales order processing, creating tender documents, providing accurate quotations, dealing with customer enquiries, and preparing purchase agreements.
- Assist in creating tender documents and relevant content for proposals
- Provide support with consumer calls and proposals
- Producing high-quality quotations within deadlines
- CRM Management
- Ensuring customer records are correct and match with the customer accounts
- Preparing purchase agreements
- Dealing with customer pricing and customer contracts
- Providing full administrative support to the team
