Job Description

In this role your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Manager Customer Chases and Escalations
  • Provide cover for colleague absences, and manage small works
  • Update various spreadsheets with live information
  • Creating RAMS for planned works
  • Ad hoc office duties

This role requires great problem-solving skills, as well as good organisation and communication skills as you will be required to act as the liaison between our customers and Engineers, providing updates and ensuring they are kept up to date with the time of their visits as well as the progress.
