Job Description

You will be responsible for the training, support, and mentorship of a large team of coordinators in their role, providing service excellence to our customers. The role will involve collaboration across all regional functions to provide outstanding customer experience. You will be customer focused, people focussed, have strong organizational and interpersonal skills. The candidate should encourage the team to perform to their highest abilities and put our customer needs first.

  • To act as first point of contact for contract queries and for Team members in service delivery for our customers.
  • Daily management of workload; coordinating service visits in accordance with site schedule along with management of associated standards / parts etc that may be vital for the successful completion of the service.
  • The daily administration of activities in a pressurized environment.
  • To regularly supervise, raise service orders and maintain accurate information in SAP CRM System.
  • To be positive, to be a great teammate and demonstrate a passion for the role and customer satisfaction.
  • To supervise requested and approved out of scope costs on a monthly basis
  • Lead simplification initiatives with the purpose to ease business.

  • Proven proficiency in English (verbal & written).
