Job Description
  • Under general supervision and acting on own initiative, performs diverse and advanced secretarial and administrative duties relating to PMR, including but not limited to calendar management, and travel and expenses
  • Specifically supporting the scheduling of workshops and interviews between internal and external stakeholders, with complex calendar management and coordination
  • Working with agility, moving from dedicated administrative tasks to additional PMR support tasks/ initiatives with minimal disruption
  • Ability to manage and effectively communicate multiple internal and external stakeholders, working cohesively across teams
  • Support the outsourcing of primary market research to external vendors, coordinating between project teams to ensure timely turn around of outsourced work
  • Responds to mail and inquiries on own initiative, proactively choosing the appropriate medium
  • Supporting finance administration by processing expenses, raising PO’s and preparing invoices, following the process through to ensure payment
  • Highly organised with an eye for detail and accuracy

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Project management skills to support you liaising with multiple internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and identify solutions
  • Confident with Microsoft Outlook and Teams
  • Experience with expense and travel booking systems
  • Excellent conversational and business English (written and oral)
  • Excellent working knowledge of commonly used Microsoft applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Experience of complex international diary management, travel and accommodation scheduling
