You will be a part of a team who work closely together to process a high volume of orders that are mostly emailed into the business.
You may pick up enquiries, price checks and requests for samples to be sent out
Using SAP, you will process the order online, verifying information with the customer and submit the order through to planning and manufacturing.
You'll keep the customer informed of any likely delays to production and liaise with various departments in the company regarding and changes or matters that need resolving.
Once orders are ready for distribution, you will help plan for Uk or Export delivery and raise invoices.
