Job Description
  • You will be a part of a team who work closely together to process a high volume of orders that are mostly emailed into the business.
  • You may pick up enquiries, price checks and requests for samples to be sent out
  • Using SAP, you will process the order online, verifying information with the customer and submit the order through to planning and manufacturing.
  • You'll keep the customer informed of any likely delays to production and liaise with various departments in the company regarding and changes or matters that need resolving.
  • Once orders are ready for distribution, you will help plan for Uk or Export delivery and raise invoices.
