Job Description
  • Maintaining the order entry system 
  • Chasing order acknowledgements from suppliers
  • Compiling delivery schedules for projects and reviewing and refining with Logistics Manager
  • Point of contact for all supplier queries in relation to order confirmations, delivery details and payment queries.
  • Training of Reps in relation to new packages / procedures
  • Flagging issues with orders / projects to Logistics Manager
  • Processing of incoming supplier invoices
  • Liaising with Warehouse in relation to goods being received and needed for projects
  • Acting as a customer service contact
  • Ad-hoc support for customer and supplier queries

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Relevant experience working as a fast-paced administrator
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive by nature
  • Strong team player
  • Flexible in approach to role and responsibilities and comfortable re-prioritising when required
  • Effective at operating in a climate of change as the business develops
  • Upholds the values and supports the culture of the Company
