Job Description

You will be working as a direct link between business and customer to deliver friendly and efficient customer service at all times. You will be responsible for processing all orders dealing with any customer queries.

Duties of this role include:

  • Dealing with customer queries by phone and email
  • Database Management
  • Processing Orders
  • Processing payments
  • Building strong relationships with customers
  • Data Entry
  • Producing weekly, daily, and monthly reports
  • General administrative duties as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Minimum of 2 years sales administration experience
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and work in a team as well as working autonomously
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications
  • Good technical proficiency’s
