- HR administration, such as referencing, Right to Work checks
- Data entry onto HR system and insuring accurate information
- Notifying stakeholders of new starters, leavers etc.
- Arrange exit interviews
- Manage the probations document process and any other documentation
- Complete mortgage/rental requests for staff
- Assist with the new starter cycle, including the follow up with new starters to ensure all appropriate paperwork has been returned and checked
- Electronic and paper filing
- Carry out audit checks in relation to the lifecycle of an employee
- Monitor absence
- Updating Occupational health spreadsheet
- Support the HR and Graduate Programme Assistant
- Provide administrative support recruitment process
- Taking accurate notes at meetings
- Arrange room bookings for interviews, meetings and training courses
- Assist with the setting up of Lab talks
- Research the monthly wellbeing themes in order to source resources
- Carry out other duties as required
