Job Description
  • Raise and distribute purchase orders
  • Process and chase purchase order confirmations
  • Evaluating stock levels and helping to maintain production availability
  • Maintaining shipping lists
  • Assisting with planning administration
  • Advising where Bill of material updates are required
  • General admin tasks

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous Admin experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Experience of ERP systems would be an advantage
  • Excellent IT skills (MS office and MS Excel)
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ideally educated to GCSE level English and Maths (Grade C minimum)
  • Excellent communication skills (Written and verbal)
