Job Description
Your role will be to support other branches, so ideally the right candidate will have experience working with multiple branches and managing different diaries daily.
- Processing orders in a timely manner
- Working closely with Project Managers in order to manage projects
- Scheduling installations for engineers
- Organising the delivery of materials to arrive on-site, ahead of installations
- Invoicing the clients correctly
- Handling and managing queries and complaints
- Tracking projects and ensuring they run within scheduled time
