Job Description
  • Managing a number of suppliers’ accounts and goods from these suppliers to ensure availability of stock as per customers’ demands
  • Ensuring all customer schedules are checked and downloaded, dispatch quantity finalised, and picklists issued to warehouse team for pick, pack and dispatch on daily basis
  • Liaise with supplier, supplier’s freight agent and Goods-In Supervisor for monitoring shipments in transit
  • Stock Control
  • Being in regular contact with freight agents for any issues in imports, UK / EU trade rules, customs entry etc and escalating the same to management team

You will need previous experience in a similar role. Experience of working with customers web-portals, warehouse management system, SAP or EDI systems would be advantageous.
The role is full time, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, but must be willing to help outside of these hours in urgent circumstances.
