Job Description
  • Complete all payroll processes from beginning to end in Sage
  • Input annual pay increases
  • Annual pension assessments
  • Complete P11d and PSA assessments
  • To validate, reconcile and approve employees expenses and purchasing card statements
  • Ad hoc duties to support the team, for example: customer statements, supplier remittances, setting up new customer/supplier accounts

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong analytical, administrative and organisation skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Use of Sage payroll system
  • Innovative and enthusiastic
  • Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines and multi task
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Strong communicator (written and verbal)
  • Creative and outgoing
  • Well organised and self motivated
  • Excellent telephone manner
