Job Description
  • Evaluation and implementation of sales lead allocation strategies, considering the following scenarios
    • Agents leaving the program
    • Agents having upcoming planned leaves PTO, Paternity maternity leave etc
    • Agents having unplanned leaves out sick, etc
    • New hires joining the program backfill, growing operations
    • Sales lead batch size
    • Sales lead revenue
    • Strategic accounts split
    • Sales lead verticals
  • Timely allocation re allocation of sales leads from new joiners and leavers, ensuring that the customer experience is not negatively impacted.
  • Collaboration with colleagues across training, recruitment, onboarding, and operations management to ensure sales lead management efficiency
  • Escalation to stakeholders of technical issues impacting productivity
  • Evaluation analysis of how sales lead fluctuations impact sales results
  • Risk identification and mitigation connected to sales lead management
  • Translation of business requirements into tool launches upgrades
  • Contribution to product, process, and support system solution improvements

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous experience in sales lead management, sales agent management or within a telemarketing environment
  • Diligent strong attention to detail Team player identifies and alerts others of problems early
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment with minimal guidance
  • Highly organized able to balance multiple priorities and strict deadlines
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills capable of inductive thinking, and applying lessons learned to current situations
  • Experience working with internal external stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong track record in successful management of processes and operations based projects
  • Intermediate advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Adaptable to new processes, concepts, and skills
  • Proactive mindset Highly motivated and goal oriented
  • Enjoys challenging opportunities
  • Strong communicator and comfortable working with senior leadership
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in data analysis Microsoft Office skills
