Job Description
  • To efficiently answer phone calls and emails from customers.
  • Supporting the implementation of processes and procedures.
  • Provide business support on all operational aspects within your team and
  • your department.
  • Investigating and processing claims, handling and resolving complaints.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Fluency in French & English.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service/administration role.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and administrative skills.
  • Claims handling or experience dealing with customer complaints would
  • be beneficial.
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry would be an advantage.
