Job Description
You will be the first point of contact for their customers calling in so you must have excellent communication and organisational skills
What you will do:
- Dealing with service calls for our regional offices and subcontractors
- Expediting all contractor works ensuring they are kept within the SLA agreement
- Subcontractor quotes and purchase orders
- Subcontractor Invoicing
- Scheduling tasks to engineers to attend reactive callouts and planned works
- Liaison with clients, other offices and engineers to ensure works are allocated and carried out
- Receiving service calls from clients and logging call details accurately on to the CAFM system
- Review any outstanding callouts/maintenance and quotes, ensuring a suitable resolution within acceptable timeframes
- Helpdesk calls / triaging work orders
- You will need to be computer literate, driven and deliver an excellent service
