Job Description
You will be a crucial key player helping the operation functions to coordinate their training delivery functions. This would suit anyone a Project Coordinator or HR Admin or a role that is varied and working in a busy environment
Duties:
- Acting as main point of contact for training from contracted clients and new referrals.
- Setting up projects – consultancy and services – which includes implementing the processes for:
- Liaising with clients on delegate and venue management
- Liaising with clients to ensure timely scheduling of work
- Reporting on changing aspects of delivery, including dates, size of project, volume of project
- Ensuring all stakeholders have access to the required and correct documentation at all stages for delivery and evaluation
- Closing off projects, creating and sending online surveys
- Raising invoices upon completion of projects
- Inputting data into Salesforce, and other databases which includes evaluation data and confidential Equalities data
- Administering all aspects of the accreditation process for training courses including registering learners, records of learning and certification
- Scheduling public courses and liaising with all stakeholders to ensure literature and communication is correct through all platforms
- Ensuring compliance and company policies and procedures are adhered to
- Any other duties required
