Supporting with day-to-day finance administration, including sales & purchase ledger, credit control, bank reconciliations, payroll, and correct audit trail for transactions, improving processes to ensure efficiency.
Supporting the project teams, ensuring accurate day-to-day financial data entry and billable records.
Helping project leads develop budgets, communicating to ensure understanding at all levels, providing accurate information to allow the team to manage projects confidently.
Preparing & identifying financial analysis and reporting to aid the smooth running of wider financial operations.
Assisting with preparation of month-end reports and working to strict monthly deadlines, preparing month-end files.
As you develop with the role you will be supporting with automation to increase efficiency, and taking on strategic oversight of compliance, including areas such as cyber security and GDPR.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Full or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA/AAT
Experience at a similar level, and experience working in a billable/ projects environment
Strong Excel skills, and system experience, ideally including use of Xero, WorkfloxMac, or Float
Ability to work well with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to communicate financial information at all levels
Confidence to challenge the norm, whilst building strong relationships
Ability to work autonomously, and able to support and guide those in your team
