Job Description

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist on corporate finance transactions and financial due diligence.
• Support on forensic accounting assignments.
• Undertake technical work and being available to provide technical expertise.
• Planning, supervising, and reviewing work of more junior staff
• Producing draft bills for approval.
• Monitoring performance against plan.
• Assisting with internal compliance for areas such as anti-money laundering and client control.
• Produce statistics on the team’s activity for internal information across the firm.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

This post will suit someone looking for a first move to Corporate Finance from audit or accounts. You will be either fully qualified ACCA or ACA (or equivalent), or at finalist level, trained within a Chartered or Certified Accountancy firm.  Experience in such a role is not required, although any experience in Corporate Finance or Forensic accounting will of course be a huge advantage.
