Are you an experienced Accounts professional with exceptional Excel and Sage skills?
My client is now seeking an experienced and confident individual to join their team. Business is excellent hence the need for an additional person. Your proficiency with excel and sage must be strong - your skills will be tested prior to interview. The successful candidate will report directly to the FC.
Role Profile
Reconciling/checking exported data ) prior to import into Sage
Sage reconciliation
Credit card reconciliations and postings
Data for month end reports relating to; deferred revenue and accrued costs
Bank receipts, payments & transfers entries
VAT returns
Maintaining fixed asset invoices for auditors
Assist Financial Controller and Accountants with month and year end returns/accounts
Chasing aged debt and liaising with debt collection agents
Ad-hoc administration tasks for financial controller and senior management
