Job Description
- Planning for recruiting and retaining new and existing business
- Building relationships
- Selling membership across your area in Cambridgeshire
- Working as a team for continuous improvement and implementing new ideas to drive the business and memberships forward
- Attending Chamber meetings such as breakfast and evening networking events
- Engage with your members on a regular basis
- Handle all incoming requests
- Visiting clients and promoting the value and benefits included in membership
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- A sales/customer service background (ideally membership sales)
- A desire to promote and become involved with a great team
- Full driving license - a car will be provided for visits
- Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone
- Flexible approach to working hours to include networking and Chamber events
