Job Description
You will be working on your own initiative as part of a team where you will need to ensure the smooth operation of the division by providing support to the sales team, dealer network and end-user customers.
- Receiving telephone enquiries relating to products distributed whilst resolving any questions or queries
- Processing orders and allocation of orders through the ordering system
- Liaising with dealers and end-users to advise on proposed delivery times
- Ensuring all records are maintained, filed and links are completed
- Communicating across all levels with fellow employees, suppliers, dealers, and end-user customers
- Assisting with all duties of the sales department
- Liaising with production, after sales and sales departments
- Carrying out general project work as determined by the Parts Manager
You will be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, along with being confident, articulate, and professional. You will need to be flexible and adaptable to ever-changing environments, with the ability to be proactive and strategic in both thinking and reasoning.
