Job Description

Your duties as the Administrator/Office Administration Assistant include:

  • Working collaboratively within the Team to ensure the office services operate as expected on a day-to-day basis
  • Dealing appropriately with all mail and packages delivered to the office
  • Carrying out reprographics related requests such as printing, laminating, wire binding and scanning
  • Data inputting, including updating client contact databases
  • Answer the phones when required
  • Assisting the Executive Assistant with preparation of brochures for meetings
  • Assisting the Delivery team members with preparation of interview packs
  • Ordering and monitoring and stock check of all office supplies, including stationary, kitchen and bathroom
  • Photocopying business sensitive information
  • Uploading adverts onto Social Media accounts

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good administrative, organisational and time-management skills
  • Experience working within a corporate professional services environment
  • Office Front of House / Reception skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Works to a high level of accuracy
