Job Description

We are a fast paced and busy payroll bureau, so you will have a fantastic portfolio of varied clients that you will own and deliver for across the whole payroll lifecycle.

  • As a subject matter expert in Irish payroll, you’ll provide support to the team and our clients on complex payroll queries, making sure we are working compliantly and accurately
  • You’ll be hands on managing your own client portfolio, processing end to end payrolls, importing payroll information into our payroll software and ensuring the submission of all client BACS details
  • You’ll have an eye on service delivery, looking out for opportunities for us to make improvements to our processes and procedures that can support the ongoing development of the team
  • You’ll ensure that we are diligent and compliant with record keeping, keeping our client payroll manuals up to date and ensuring that manual checks and calculations are accurate and that we are compliant with Data Protection regulations

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proven experience in Irish payroll processing, ideally in a busy bureau environment – if you have experience with MegaPay then that would be a fantastic asset!
  • IPASS certified with a strong emphasis on accuracy and quality
  • Great team player with the ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple payrolls
  • Exceptional attention to detail and driven by accuracy and quality
  • Great customer service skills, able to build solid working relationships with our clients
