Job Description

Working approximately 16 – 30hrs per week Monday to Friday, your duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Resolving patient queries efficiently and compassionately
  • Handling medical reports, registrations, deductions, information requests and clinical referrals
  • Process and code patient and hospital correspondence
  • Acting as the link the between patients, clinicians, and the hospitals

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You must have excellent IT skills, be able to use MS office. The ability to meet the needs of a changing digital office environment is key and although knowledge and experience of working in a primary care environment using SystmOne or other clinical system would be an advantage, this is not essential as full training will be given to the right candidate.
