Job Description
  • Being the main point of contact in the UK office for email / phone call enquiries
  • Quoting customers
  • Carrying out PCB assembly jobs as per customer requirements
  • Maintaining contact with customers regarding current status
  • Maintaining internal customer databases
  • Contacting customers regarding future order requirements
  • Processing and dispatching customer orders in line with company SLAs
  • Ensuring import duty payments are made for incoming parcels
  • Weekly check of dispatched orders and liaising with couriers to resolve delays / queries
  • Assisting the Office Manager with admin tasks including invoices, finance system.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Good computer skills (good level of Excel and Word processing)
  • Previous administration experience would be an advantage
