Job Description
  • Prepare Offers & References
  • Annual Appraisals & Bonus Objectives follow ups
  • Maintain and be responsible for all company 
  • Prepare for and do employee inductions & ensure all documents are up to date
  • Employee changes of contracts, department, addresses, salary, leavers and new starters and keep HR Checklist up to date.
  • IT liaison for new starters and leavers

You will have a willingness to learn, be flexible in working on a variety of tasks across the day and be good with people and with numbers, either way we can offer extended scope of role for the right individual and sponsor you in your CIPD qualification.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ensure all company items are returned when an employee leaves using the required checklist
  • Ensure that the HR files and procedures comply with ISO
  • Knowledge and experience of maternity and paternity flexible working
  • Advising individual employees on our policies such as maternity and paternity, flexible working etc.
