Job Description
  • Makes outgoing calls to arrange vehicle collection (as required) and takes incoming calls
  • Providing active support to Operating Centres & Central Dispatch in resolving missed collection queries
  • Being proactive in finding collection solutions in specific geographical areas
  • Consistently responds to customer inquiries and requests in a professional manner within company timelines.
  • Maintains a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Performs administrative duties in the office such as data entry, word processing, filing, copying and other duties associated with our documentation and service.
