Job Description
The main purpose of this position is to deliver a efficient HR service, supporting starters and leavers, contract variations, processing absence and providing timely and accurate information to support other processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment process.
- This will include the preparation of information packs for vacant posts, the closing of advertisements and associated procedures along with organization of candidate interviews
- Provide administrative support to the HR Team, to include support in the form of minute taking including minutes of formal meetings
- To raise purchase orders and reconcile invoices for payment using the internal database, including recruitment advertising, training invoices, stationary, child care vouchers and DBS invoicing.
- To assist the Recruitment Consultant in the management of the DBS process, including management of ongoing checking process for current employees and new starters.
- To co-ordinate Learning and Development events as required
- All other transactional HR duties as required across the department
