Job Description

You will be providing support within the Engineering Department and their clients.

This is a permanent opportunity to work for a Global sought after company with excellent company benefits and great work place.

  • Hour: Monday to Thursday 8am – 4:15pm and 3pm on a Friday!

What you will do

  • Provide support within the Engineering Department by the generation and maintenance of technical documentation.
  • Control and maintain the departmental registers.
  • The compilation of Inspection Reports from documents ready for submission to customers.
  • Provide support to the tooling engineers/toolmakers in maintaining the tool register and overseeing tool audits.
  • Creating and maintaining Bill of Materials
  • Raising purchase requisitions and monitoring delivery of materials and tooling in support of the department.
  • The creation and submission of production permits and concessions, liaising with customers to understand response times and processing these internally upon approval.
  • General administration duties in support of the Engineering department.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience working in an Engineering Company
  • Self-motivated, organised with excellent time management skills
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate including MS Office
