Job Description
To work with and assist both the Assistant Service & Performance Manager and Clinical Leads to deliver physiotherapy services throughout the designated geographical area
To provide administrative and business support that underpins the effective delivery of community based musculoskeletal physiotherapy services provided by Dynamic Health, part of Cambridgeshire Community Services.
Responsibility for and line management of a team of administrators to include day to day supervision
Ensure all information is secure and confidentiality of information is maintained at all times
Responsibility for the management of patient pathways in line with the 18-week RTT Access Policy within own location
Ensure the professional image of the Trust is maintained at all times
- To provide administrative and professional leadership to the wider administrative team in line with the Trusts values, administrative processes and organizational policies.
- To be responsible for the ongoing development and implementation of effective administrative procedures and support administrative changes of work within the clinical teams, including ledger changes and Rota building.
- To manage, monitor and escalate as appropriate ensuring accurate completion of reports and data quality.
- Use of Microsoft applications, word, excels, databases, SystmOne and the e-Referral Service.
- Direct involvement in the recruitment, supervision and appraisal of administrative team members
- Maintaining employee personnel files and associated documentation to include administration annual leave management, sick leave notifications and return to work meetings associated with sickness absence. To include inputting on ESR as necessary
- The post holder is directly responsible for administrative staff planning, organization and administration of the Dynamic Health service within their location
- To provide support across multiple geographical locations where services are provided by Dynamic Health
- To be responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of standard operating procedures, policies and work practices aligned to the administrative functions of the wider team
- Plan and organize access to training events internally
- To represent the administrative team at internal and external meetings as required
- Organizational skills with an attention to detail.
- Support the Assistant Service & Performance Manager with every day issues that may arise
- To contribute to ensuring the responsibilities to engage and consult with patients and the public are met in line with statutory requirements.
- To effectively manage the administration processes of the service
- Raise issues with estates appropriately and liaise with estates managers and external contractors to provide access to site.
