You will act as a sparring partner with stakeholders, advising on resource planning initiatives, diversity and inclusion, process improvements and much more. Together with the rest of the Talent Acquisition Europe team, you will be supported by a sourcing and administration team who will ensure that you can focus on handling candidates and hiring managers. They will help you identify candidates for you to interview with the hiring managers and ensure that interview scheduling and systems are handled.
As a successful TA Partner you manage to land the critical hires you are responsible for, while also establishing yourself as a the go-to person for everything TA related. When the business has challenges, you (and the colleagues in your team) will identify solutions. Each of the three roles are located in the country they support as it will be necessary to be physically in the office from time to time.
