We also support delivery of required returns to the Regulatory Authorities maintaining an excellent working relationship with them. This role will give the opportunity to the right candidate to develop and learn more about the technical and legal side of Pensions.
- Support the wider Technical Services Team on all aspects in a busy environment; to provide a professional and focused delivery on a day-to-day basis, to internal & external customers within agreed SLA’s. This could include assisting at Client/ Company consultations as and when required.
- Work off own initiative to identify changes to processes and work with team to implement.
- Build key relationships with the relevant teams and individuals through identifying and addressing their specialist support needs, escalating and resolving issues that are raised.
- Support the wider Technical Services Team on relevant project work or non-standard assignments delegated by the Manager.
- Be able to demonstrate an ability to be flexible and responsive to changing/adhoc service demands.
