Job Description
Responsibilities will include but will not be restricted to the following:
- Managing a busy email inbox
- Supporting probation officers with any admin tasks they require completing
- Covering the reception desk if needed.
- Updating databases with offender and victim information
- Taking notes down whilst the case manager interviews service users
- Manage an email inbox, dealing with any queries on behalf of the case manager
- Working on various systems entering information provided in interviews on to selected systems
- Dealing with various stakeholders, including service users of the NPS
- Taking calls from offenders, answering any queries confidently
- To support offender management teams using case management systems
- Data inputting after the calls
- On a daily basis, working on email inbox and ensuring the appropriate action is taken
- Providing excellent customer service to a variety of probation service users
- To post enforcement letters for non-compliance.
- Preparing, maintaining, and collating case records, files and information
