To deliver a high standard customer service experience complying with the company guidelines
To perform operations on the iPod - stock checks, product request, in store availability, SINT, sales and online packages
Maintain the shop floor clean and tidy, following the company standards and identifying faulty items.
Maintain the items in the Fitting room tidy, using the tags and organize the area.
Maintain the stockroom areas organised per standards (efficiency, layout, clean)
To process sales, refunds and returns efficiently and accurately
Complete an effective replenishment in the shop floor according to company’s procedures
Basic product knowledge.
To ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is offered in the store and resolve customer queries, while referring to senior management when needed.
To support customer service with product, knowledge and awareness of the new arrivals, the best sellers and fashion trends and offer alternatives with the services we provide and the technology we use in the store
To be aware of the security policies and procedures in the store and communicate to the management/security team if an issue should arise
Ensure effective communication with the management team
To get involved in store meetings and participate in trainings
Ensure a positive and high level customer service experience
To comply with the Health and Safety regulations
To be an ambassador in the company’s sustainability project and ensure that the company upholds and works towards finding new, innovative and economically reductive ways to stay sustainable
