Job Description
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing customer calls / emails
  • Inputting invoices onto finance system, running monthly reports if required
  • Updating company processes and documentation
  • Assisting with updating technical guides, product pages on the website, leaflets, and brochures
  • Proof-reading and amending documents where required
  • Ensure any parcels requiring import duty payments are paid for and arrange for parcel to be delivered
  • Ordering stationery
  • Maintaining internal databases
  • Check online product reviews weekly
  • Assist the office manager with the daily running of the office and deputize in the absence of the office manager
  • Process customer orders received via online order system and book for dispatch using chosen courier method
  • Unpack parcels received via courier, sort, and dispatch to customers via courier in line with company SLAs
  • Ensure all paperwork is prepared for the next day to assist second dispatch team member
  • Maintaining internal order database daily
  • Weekly check of dispatched orders and liaising with couriers to resolve delays / queries
  • Covering second dispatch team member’s annual leave
