Job Description

You will provide support in monitoring the financial progress of projects within the accounting system. Key accountabilities include;

• Analysis and reporting on all public funded and collaborative projects
• Management of Project related data, ensuring the accuracy of data is captured in the system
• Prepare and maintain accurate process and procedural documentation
• Ensuring that submissions and claims submitted to Public Bodies are in compliance with all rules and regulations
• Review claims and ensure that all costs are accurate
• Providing support to the ad-hoc audits performed by the Public Bodies
• Monitor and review project budgets, to ensure any exceptions or variances are reported to the Project Accountant.
• Provide support with month end reporting
• Providing project information to key stakeholders, including the senior Finance Team, Legal Department and Public Funding Mangement Teams.
• Ad-hoc reporting and analysis work on projects and any other requirements needed by the Project Accountant
• Support the Projects Team, and wider finance team as required
