Job Description

You will be responsible for supporting the Fulfilment team with reporting, analysis and providing insight on performance.

• Reporting performance on a weekly basis, investigating variances and root causes
• Posting and reconciling costs across all fulfilment channels
• Calculating accruals and prepayments
• Preparing Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Supporting the channel managers with the Finance System (e.g. raising of POs)
• Assisting with preparing Budgets and forecasts
• Ad hoc analysis as required to support the operation

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Part Qualified Accountant / Actively Studying (CIMA/ACCA)
• Demonstrable industry experience with accruals and prepayments
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills to manipulate data and build on reports
• Great communication skills at all levels and a strong attention to detail.
• Strong systems knowledge and an ability to demonstrate examples of improving processes and controls, and successfully working with cross functional teams through change.
• Highly organised to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience using Dynamics 365.
