Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ideally qualified or part-qualified in ACA, ACCA or CIMA, although "Qualified by Experience" will be considered for certain roles
• Ability to work in a matrix organisational environment, working as a key business partner and an integral part of a multi- disciplined team
• Confident, self-starter, able to work in a complex and sometimes ambiguous environment
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain finance to non-finance people
• Candidates who are innovative, who will look to drive continuous improvement and identify solutions, who are prepared to make things happen
• Experience of working in a large international organisation where focus is upon low volume high value product
